Making a List

Can you believe that as of this post,
I haven't bought one Christmas gift!
{Except for Wheat Thins -- to accompany Jalapeno Jelly}

I'm a little behind schedule.

I did venture into Hobby Lobby yesterday.
It opened here in Temecula last month.
Super excited about it.
It's so organized!

And clean!
{JoAnn's looks sad in comparison.}

Although I did hear that the service is ultra slow - sku numbers are entered by hand.
What's up with that?
Strange, in this age of electronics.
It's torture for all,
especially if you want to purchase 50 different colors of embroidery floss,
which I didn't.
But, it was tempting.

I'm sticking to my list.

I first discovered Hobby Lobby in Wisconsin, then had to live without one in Boston and CA. I was happy to find out we have one here in TN. Glad you have one. You've got to check out their knobs and rusty metal stuff.

haven't been inside a Hobby Lobby yet...!
We did 90% of our shopping yesterday, and we got everything we wanted, including off Amazon. :) Its okay!

We just got one here in Pittsburgh about 3 months ago. I'm pretty much in love!

But I have to agree with the sku # thing. Plus I always get this cashier who always insists something is not 50% off when in fact it is.

But aside from that AWESOME stuff and the prices can't be beat.

I agree with PP,the knobs are awesome!!

We got our HobLob store a couple years ago and while I love it, its about 1/2 an hour from our house.
And since going back to teaching full time I never seem to have time for shopping like I used to(go figure....its either spend money or make it:))
The pictures you posted make me want to be there RIGHT NOW. That wrapping paper aisle? Love it!
